Should I buy a motherboard/cpu combo or should I buy a motherboard seperate from the CPU?

What is the difference between these two options? Price, compatibility, speeds, power, etc.

depends on what combo is being offered… chances are they give you some money off when buying a combo than buying the same two seperately.. but if the only combo’s are rubbish then why save money on something thats not woirth it in the first place
